The sale of liquor in Namibia is prohibited for persons who do not hold an appropriate liquor license. A person wishing to sell liquor has to determine which of the 14 types of liquor licenses (provided for under the Liquor Act 6 of 1998) is the most appropriate for its intended purpose and thereafter apply to the regional liquor licensing committee for the granting of the liquor license.
We are well equipped to prepare, lodge and move liquor license applications before the Khomas regional liquor licensing committee, as well as applications for the removal or transfer of existing liquor licenses.
