Liquor Licensing

The sale of liquor in Namibia is prohibited for persons who do not hold the appropriate liquor license. A person wishing to sell liquor has to determine which of the 14 types of liquor licenses (provided for under the Liquor Act 6 of 1998) is the most appropriate for its intended business and thereafter apply to the regional liquor licensing committee for the granting of such liquor licence. 

We are well equipped to prepare, lodge and move applications for liquor licenses before the appropriate regional liquor licensing committees, as well as applications for the removal or transfer of existing liquor licenses.
