Nathalia Nelulu

Nathalia Nelulu joined Ellis & Partners in 2024 following completion of her LL.B at the University of Namibia. She was admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia in 2026 and forms part of the firm’s growing corporate, commercial and fiduciary services practice.

Her work focuses particularly on trust administration and fiduciary structuring, including the registration and administration of inter vivos trusts for personal, family, business and asset-holding purposes in Namibia. In light of the increased administrative and compliance obligations introduced by the Trust Administration Act 11 of 2023, trust practitioners play an increasingly important role in assisting clients to establish, manage and maintain trust structures that are properly documented, compliant and suited to their practical objectives. Nathalia supports clients with the preparation of trust documentation, regulatory filings and related administrative processes, with a particular focus on clear implementation and reliable ongoing compliance.
